- ✓Company namesSearched live: company names registered in Slovakia.
- ◐Trade marksThe EU trade mark register, searched live. Slovakia's own trade mark register is not searched, and an earlier national mark there can still oppose your application.
- ◐DomainsThe .eu ending and the worldwide endings (.com, .app, .ai, .net, .org), searched live. The .sk ending is searched when the check is narrowed to Slovakia.
- ◐Apple App Store and handlesThe Apple App Store storefront for the market, searched live. Handles: GitHub and Bluesky checked; X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn to check by hand.

AI classes and wording
Suggested trade mark classes and goods and services wording for the business you describe, checked against the wording the offices accept where that check exists. AI suggestions are a starting point, not legal advice.
A launch plan with estimated official fees
What to do, in what order, and what the official fees are, with links to the offices. Always estimated: confirm before paying.
The objection radar
The objection radar estimates how likely the owners of similar earlier marks are to oppose your application, and suggests narrower wording to review before you file. EU trade marks are judged on their goods and services; national marks on their classes only. An AI assessment, not legal advice.
Watching and alerts
Watch your name. Daily re-checks, with an email on new similar trade marks, companies, apps or domains.
Questions
Who is RM365 for?
RM365 is for anyone choosing a brand name or keeping one: startups and entrepreneurs, growing brands, established brands, and advisers and agencies.
Is a check in Slovakia enough if I trade elsewhere too?
No. Trade marks and company names are territorial: a registration in Slovakia protects you there. Tick every market you trade in, or plan to, and the check runs all of them at once.
How current are the results?
Registers searched live are as current as the register itself at the moment of the check. Published register data is updated on a schedule, so the newest entries can be missing until the next update.
Is this legal advice?
RM365 is not legal advice. It shows what the registers and the web hold on the day you check, estimates the risk of an objection and suggests wording to review; a trade mark attorney advises you on your own case. For a filing you care about, or any dispute, use one.
